Welcome to The Café of Health, I am your Health Coach Dr. Ryan Betz of 100% A Chiropractic Wellness Center.  The Café of Health was created out of a vision I have to provide powerful information to guide followers through a transformational process that will affect every area of their life. I work with people from all walks of nature.  Whether you are a stay at home mom, a businessman or woman, a competitive athlete, or anyone in between, this show is for YOU!  And it really is my mission to bring you the latest and most cutting edge information so you don’t have to spend hours wondering what’s true and what’s not true.
